Velocity/output level strange behavior

Hi,
I recently bought a Nord Wave and it looks like when I morph the velocity to the output level, it sounds a bit lower: when I hit the keyboard at full strength (127), the output level is not morphed to 10, but maybe around 6 or 7. It is quite annoying. Someone else has noticed that? Am I making something wrong or is it normal/or a bug?
