A month and a half after I purchased my Electro 73 the store was still unable to locate the GB73 case.
So I went online and almost every site said "expect long delays" or "out of stock" or "product discontinued".
I finally located one and ordered it. Today it arrived, it is a Nord case, it is labelled "NE73" and it's about two inches shorter than my Electro 73.
Now I'm out $30 in shipping charges for nothing and I still have to pack my $2000+ keyboard around in a blanket.
Hey, Nord: WTF? Everyone else: I like what I'm reading about lightweight hard cases. I'll check some of those out. Thanks.

Ok, it sounds like you got the case for the old Electro/Electro2 73, which was a tad shorter than the Electro3 73. I know, it's confusing. You need the GB373, it's a bit bigger to fit the new E3 better.

Yeah, finding Nord stuff, or accessories, is always tough in the states for some reason.

Won't help you with your wasted shipping costs, but: When I got my Electro 3 HP a few months ago, the retailer threw in a free gig bag. He searched around for one that fit (we tried 2 or 3), and found one that fit like a glove. The tag on it says it's for a Korg X-3. So if you're looking for a gig bag for the Electro 3 HP but don't necessarily need it to be Nord's E3HP-specific bag, then try one for the Korg X-3 for size. Mine fits snugly and perfectly.

That's a great point I overlooked, the HP and 73 are totally different dimensions even though it's the same key count. The electro 2 and 3 73's were fairly close in size, though the 3 is longer slightly, I could painfully and unsatisfyingly shoehorn it into the older gig bag.. if you're seeing multiple inches of difference I would suspect either you have a E3-73 and a gig bag for a HP, or possibly a different nord keyboard altogether? I'm just speculating everything at this point.

I had a hard time finding an electro 61 case. It was back-ordered and I phoned absolutely EVERYWHERE in Canada and nobody had one. Finally, it came in. I guess patience is a virtue, I guess.
