Hi, im just wondering if its possible to do this, and if not, i think itd be a cool function for a future board.
basically, can you get two samples on the two Slots (say a trumpet vs. a sax), and then limit the polyphony to only the lowest note played on one, and only the highest note played on the other?
even better if you could have lowest 2 or 3 notes played vs. highest and so forth
seems like it would be very handy for playing more realistic ensemble accompaniments imitating single-note acoustic instruments.
is there a workaround to achieve this? cheers

Re: stage 2 polyphony function
You can set the samples for monophonic so that they only play one note, but unfortunately, Nord only offers last-note-priority. I agree that options for high-note and low-note mono priority would be cool, and is something many other boards do offer in their synth sections.
