Preset issues

Postby jazzrob69 » 24 Jul 2012, 08:11

I've noticed an issue with a preset on my C2 which I can't figure out, so if any bordee can help out, I'd be very grateful. I often set the 3 presets for the upper manual, begin playing on the first preset, and then, a chorus or two in on a tune, switch to the second preset for a change in sound etc. - common practice I'm sure, but on quite a few occasions, on pushing the 2nd preset, the organ has switched to a completely different organ altogether (ie from the B3 to the pipe organ). It once happened on a gig, which was pretty disastrous. Am I doing something wrong, or has anyone else encountered a similar problem? Thanks, Rob

Is it possible to group all the organ presets to the organs they correspond with for ex: Put all the B3 presets in order, then all the vox, farfisa, pipe. It's either a pain in the tush to go hunting for B3 presets all over the place ,same with the others. Either that or I'm doing it wrong? I have a brand new C2D op system v1.04

Are you referring to the programs?

You should be able to do that with the sound manager

Yes after loading the program into my computer. I found that it was very easy to arrange the presets the way I wanted. Thanks.

I actually never use the programs.
I do everything on the fly except the full organ which i have as a preset. With the two sets of drawbars you can be one ahead att all times.
