NS3 losing saved patches?

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has experienced a NS3 losing patches? I had a look in the bug list, and couldn't see anything similar.

We have an NS388 at church, and last Sunday I saved 10 patches in bank H locations H1 thru H10. Several of these I edited and saved several times. When next used a few days later, 5 of those patches in H6 thru H10 had disappeared and were "Empty Patch" again. Pretty sure it's not a power off when saving issue - as I also use a Kronos and know to always count to 10 between saving anything and turning the power off. Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar?

That sounds serious.

The Stage 3 did have such an issue, but it was fixed in a firmware update many months ago (last summer).

Are you running the current OS (1.36)?
