SUSTAIN CONTINUOUS sixth 8º

Post by Relbe »

Hello my friends, I bought a nord electro 4HP, and from the sixth onwards the sustain effect is activated even without the pedal. This is only happening on acoustic pianos. I have already performed all the procedures and the problem continues. Can someone help me???

:shh: ... that's how real pianos work! There are no dampers on the upper octaves...I guess you never played a real piano, right?

Hmm... I've played several ones but did not know that, thanks :)

Don't feel bad, Stiiiiiiiiiiive. I played for 35 years and didn't know the last two octaves were non-dampened. It took a pro player to tell me that. Interesting...:)

I was just going to ask this question, too. I feel stoopid now. But I'm also happy that my new Nord is alright. :D
