The power cord looks like a standard computer one but can I notice it uses a 3 point plug into power outlet. Can I use a 2 point (minus earth) as a spare cord or will it damage the piano?

I am having the same problem as ticaboo. Do you know how to fix this?
All the lights working fine, midi working fine but no sound from the outputs and headphones.
