I wish I had one to check. It would be disappointing if that were *not* a flaw in your particular unit.
(p.s. again, I think what you're talking about is not velocity related... as far as I can see, it has to do with pressure, which is how hard you press, and not velocity, which would be how fast you press.)

Mine too (also a NS3 sw73, running 1.32). I tested a synth configuration just like in the video, and tested every single key - no problem at all, so unless your NS3 is running some earlier OS, I'm afraid it looks like your unit has a hardware problem...
