I'm having a bit of trouble with the mod wheel on my Stage 3 - I can't get it to ever reach it's minimum position (i.e. its position closest the player). I'll set it up to morph, say, the volume of the piano section, and no matter which direction I set it up, the morph will never go further than the third last LED on the encoder. With a bit of pressure, I can just about get it to reach the second last LED - but never further. Before today, it's been fine. Restarting the keyboard makes no difference.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how to rectify this? I'd be very grateful for advice!

I had this same issue with mine. My fix? Bang on the top of the keyboard near the Mod wheel. Not too hard, use two fingers first. You will see the LED move!!! YIKES!!! There is something going on inside the board and I know I need to send mine back, but its heavy gig season and I can't afford the downtime. Maybe Nord can send me a loaner, while they fix mine. LOL

The mod wheel issue has been found on the compact model.
I do not know if other model has it. My HA88 has no issue yet
