Nord Sound Manager backup error

Post by MalteMM »

Hey guys,
I have a problem concerning the Sound Manager (v7.12) on Windows 10. I'm trying to Backup my Stage 3 (latest OS 1.32), but every time I try, Sound Manager just hangs. Already tried rebooting & re-installing, didn't help. The Sound Manager issues an Error message every time it is started: >>Directory " couldn't be created (error 3: the system couldn't find the given path.)<< (I translated the error message from german)
Can someone help?

Moin Malte,
Where did you locate the Nord directory? I've applied a path under "documents".
Can you access it through explorer and create files there?
Are you logged in as administrator?
Tried to run the program as admin?

After uninstall I would delete any Nord related registry keys (e.g CC Cleaner) and search for other directoris and delete them as well.

Wow now it works :)
I wouldn't have thought it's that easy - Installed CC Cleaner and let it run over everything, now it works just fine.
Thanks a lot!
