Upgraded from a ns compact ex, I am SOOO thrilled with the NS3 this thing is POWERFUL. It just sounds so ballsy. Getting used to the organizing of patches. I used the "organize" function and it seems to have thrown off my categories...
That is exactly what I'm struggling with. I'm so spoiled by the Kronos Setlist and program direct access functions!

Anyone have any tips other than LIVE mode?
iPad running set list maker.

Aye that. Do you have the midi control codes to send from Set list maker to the NS3?

Wow. This Nord Stage 3 88 is everything baekgard said. Tighter, softer bottom, still light-action, but better engineered and it feels playable for hours. This is gonna be fun.

I haven’t used anything like the FC-300 before, but I love the idea based on your post. Can you share any details as to how you have it set up. How did you figure out how to set it up? Any tutorials, info, links you can share so that I can see how they work together?

kbrkr wrote:Finally received my NS3C today. Of course, the MOD wheel did not work. What is strange is, the connector was connected but only two of the left edge connectors. The entire connector was OFFSET by one. I felt really uncomfortable opening up a brand new keyboard and checking the connection. But it's all working now.
I have to wonder if I'm in the minority that the modwheel on my NS3C seems to work fine
You’re definitely in the minority among those who go online to complain about the problem.

Golden rule of Internet forums: people who are happy and free of problems with a product don’t bother with forums. So any forum automatically skews towards people having issues.
My Mod wheel was also okay out of the box.

I have programmed the opening demo sound from the official Stage 3 video, if anyone wants it. :)

I also programmed the ending performance perfectly with all the morphing on the Stage 3 official video. Only took me a few minutes. I guess they were right in saying that you can get incredible sounds with minimal effort!

Once all you cretins are done, I'll be putting in my order for a NS3 compact. I hate the food fight thing. Time upgrade my now lame-O Nord Electro 4Ds. Organs, synths, pianos, all the fun.

And, yes, the Nord Stage 2 76 is gonna be sold before long. As well as the Nord Electro 4Ds. Love'em, but time moves on.
I think I have gear issues ....

Compared to what? And softer bottom I get, but can you elaborate on what you mean by tighter?
