Hi,

I have recently purchased a Nord Piano 3. I was very impressed with it for the first couple of weeks and then suddenly many of the piano sounds stopped working.

When I delete some of the faulty files and try to add new files the sound manager begins 'cleaning' the Piano 3 and gets stuck every time - it has been known to quote 800000 minutes to complete...

I updated the OS on the Piano 3 to OS v1.22 , downloaded Nord Sound Manager v.7.06 and have a Macbook Pro 2015 so everything seems to be up to date.

Any help would be much appreciated

I only wanted to ask you if you have been able to solve this problem you are having. I have exactly the same setup as you and everything is working fine here. Maybe I could be able to help you.
