Hello,

I use 2 identical Nord Stage 2 EX's. They both run the latest firmware v2.14. One of them works fine. The other is showing the following sporadic symptoms :
1. The lights in the SYNTH seciton blinks randomly
2. The screen will occasionally go blank.
3. Attaching a USB cable and launching the Nord Sound Manager will elicit an error and not populate the screen with all the programs, etc.

While the symptoms are sporadic they seem to be getting more frequent. This unit is used for live performances so it is important that it now fail.

The problem Nord was recently purchased and I'm wondering what the process would be to get it replaced.

Probably need to start with the shop/dealer you purchased it from, if you bought it new.
