I'm thinking of adding a sound module to my Electro 5. Like maybe a Roland Boutique as it would fit nicely on the right side of the Electro. So if I connect the module via MIDI the module has a mini plug audio out that would go back into the Electro. The problem I've discovered is that any audio that comes into the Electro through the mini plug will only come out of the Electro from the headphone jack and not the line outs. Since I want to use the line outs to go into a DI box, this is a problem. Should I go from the headphone jack into the DI. I 've heared that's not good for quality audio. Another option is to get a stereo DI box that takes a stereo line out from the Electro and also has a mini plug input that I could plug the Roland Boutique into.
What do you think is the best option for my situation?

Get a small compact passive stereo mixer, such as the Art SplitMix or one of the Rolls models, which require no power and can sit nicely on the Keyboard (or get a proper "fully fledged" small mixer, like the Behringer 502, 802, 1002... or other brands' equivalents)

+1, no ways to use the line input for another keyboard.
