Right Channel Dead on NE-5

My brand new NE-5 has nothing coming out the right output channel. The headphones still have both left and right in stereo. Could I have accidently panned everything left? Any other ideas?

Check the Output Routing Mode settings in the System Menu, first of all.

On the NE5 I can choose either full stereo or Lower kb to the left channel and Upper kb to right. But in either case I only have output from the left channel. Again the headphone out is working fine.
