Hi Folks,
Could someone tell me the settings in the sampler for playing back any of the sampler sounds as they were recorded?
It seems that if you adjust the attack or decay of the sampler, and then audition other samples, e.g. All play back based on the attack/decay settings currently selected. I'd like a way to determine what the actual settings are, in the node, to playback the samples as they were origally recorded (and uploaded to the site for our use).
Thanks in advance!
Tom

Re: Default sampler settings
Hi Tom,
To initialise the synth section to "start/default" hold SHIFT and press the SOUND INIT button (right to the volume encoder of the Synth section).
This should bring you back to the original sample. You might have to switch back to the sample-player (it reverts to the Analog saw).

That is valid for the Nord Stage 2 Bart, but this is the Nord Electro section (and OP owns a NE5 according to the profile info)

Re: Default sampler settings
An easy workaround would be to create a program, enable the sample synth and save the program without touching the envelope settings. Then as you are auditioning samples all you need do to reset the envelope settings to baseline would be to scroll one program up and back down. You'll just then have to dial in the next sample you're auditioning, which is quick and easy to do.

Re: Default sampler settings
Thanks folks! So, I'm just wondering if the settings themselves are .5ms for attack and "sustain" for the release?
