I searched for this first, honest I did

I have two problems, but I think they are related.
When ever I use the gain knob, I lose all sound. Gone. When I put the knob back to 0, it doesn't come back. I have to select another preset, then come back to the previous preset and it works.

Now, the other problem. I selected Live 2 -organ? played some, adjusted gain, sound went away. turned gain to 0. nothing . changed a preset as above. etc. works.
went back to live 1. sound. selected live 2-organ. no sound. selected live 3 - sound. selected live 2 - no sound.

Then I noticed. There is no organ in live 2, just drawbar settings. I can no longer use live 1 as it has no instrument.
I have upgraded to the latest software release 1.4 prior to this. I might try a reset tonight to test that.

I wanted to make sure you contacted Local Tech Support and not Nord in Sweden. The local Nord distributors deal with local support... except maybe in Sweden.

Ok, figured it out

I was moving gain up to about 6 and getting no volume. zip. nada. however, if I went to 10, I got some volume, however, very little. Because I was playing lightly, i.e. the wife was watching TV I couldn't here it until now. just tested again, alone, very loud and I discovered once I upped the volume everything was fine.
It does not appear that live 2 ever had organ. I am guessing on that- I would say resolved. I will edit original post to state that
