At first: I searched the Forum, but poorly with no result.
The question:
I connected my ipad with setlistmaker on it to my NS2.
The NS2 was recognized.
I added a midi preset for one song and filled in the program Change (my program is located at D:10:1 so I tapped:|0|3|45).
I added the midi preset to my song.
So far, so good.
But my NS2 does not Change the program to the selected song.
Where is the mistake I make??

Re: Setlistmaker Program change message
I use Setlistmaker on Android. It works...
Did You touch the Midi-Symbol in the Song-Display to send the Change?
With the Midi Symbol in the right upper corner of the display You get a window to track the sent signals.
Good luck
Wolfgang

Re: Setlistmaker Program change message
If you select it from the songlist itself, you should (as koloman said) tap the midi icon to test/send the program change.
If you want to send out the program change from out the "show" itself, you should enable "Send midi" in the selected layout for that show.

Re: Setlistmaker Program change message
Thanks. I tried both suggestions without any effort.
Perhaps a Problem with the midi adjustment at my NS2?
I put both (on the setlistmaker and the NS2) on USB Midi 1

Re: Setlistmaker Program change message
Did you set the Global MIDI channel on NS2 to USB1 or... something else?

Re: Setlistmaker Program change message
Yes I did.
Probably it`s a Problem with the non original lightning connector. I´ll buy an original.
Btw.: If I set the global midi channel on usb1, does my NS2 send midi Change Messages over the normal midi cable to my NE3??

Re: Setlistmaker Program change message
After several tries without any effort I bought the IRig2 - it works.
I connected it with my IPad and used the midi-in channel on my NS1. Midi channel 1 an Messages are send.
Midi out Connection from my NS2 to my NE3 and the whole unit is controlled from the IPad.
Now I`m really organized.
