I sent a message to Pablo, asking him if he could help telling me a diagnostic mode for NS2 but still nothing.
I understand this could be delicate once is for tecnicians, but no one here in Brazil can help, so any help would be very welcome...
So, no happy endings here until now...

If they do not help, maybe Nord would be happy to know too. I do not think they would be too keen with unhappy owners due to unserviceable instruments.

Nice, thank you for looking Mr_-G-, I aprecciate that!
I'll send a message for them. But I really don't think they will be open to just exchange an SMD component, they'll probably ask for a whole MB exchange, which makes no sense to once it's very expensive like almost the keyboard it self. By Will try anyway.

You might be right. I imagine that troubleshooting at the component level by email would be difficult and slow. But who knows, maybe they have some idea to try.

Yeah who knows but thats why I asked pablo (previously you) if he knows some diagnostic mode, just to be sure, if the problems is in the component or just a simple error. And this is just because I live so far away from the tecnical support.
