I think I hear similar things with mine,
With noise it's not so surprising you get differences between notes. Noise not a sample that gets played back the same way for each note. It behaves like real noise, random, so in the first and the last example I actually expect each note to be slightly different.
In the middle two examples you didn't use noise or a noisy click. Perhaps the fact that the oscillators are not reset for each new note, plays a role here. With a sharp attack, the beginning of each note will sound slightly different. I don't know whether that explains the differences you can hear and see. Perhaps try even shorter notes at a high tempo, to see if the variation in sound is cyclic. Or try to see if very long notes also differ from each other, I mean after the attack, during the decay of the sound.
