Hi everybody,
I sequence my Nord Drum 2 with the Elektron octatrack.
This morning, i switched my machine (Nord) on and I can't even make it works in midi mode.
I made some tests on the Monomachine and it works well....
Maybe I changed some default parameters... Please help me!
Thanks
Wynddd

Hey fella!
Make sure the ND2 is switched on before you turn on the power to whatever is sending midi, in your case the OT.
Always bricks it if you switch it on after the midi in device!

Hi,
It could indeed be this: http://www.norduserforum.com/nord-drum- ... t7166.html
See Kroffe's post.. seems the ND2 doesn't like a MIDI clock on it's MIDI input while booting
Your sequencer is likely to send a MIDI clock, so either try switching the ND2 on first, or disable the MIDI clock while booting up your ND2.
