Re: tansposition
I am not sure I understand your question. Maybe this information will help:
First, there are multiple sizes of clarinet, but the clarinet used the most often, called a soprano clarinet, is in the key of Bb concert.
This means that when a clarinet player reads a note written as a "C" on a piece of sheet music written for the clarinet,
the note the clarinet player plays will have a pitch the same as pressing a "Bb" key on the piano.
This also means that when a clarinet player plays a note written as a "D" on a piece of sheet music written for the clarinet,
the note the clarinet player plays will have a pitch the same as pressing a "C" key on the piano.
Does this help?

Re: tansposition
Keyboard is always two semitones down from clarinet.
Clarinet is two semitones up from the keyboard
Between any keys that don't have a black key between them there is one semitone (ie e to f and b to c)
