Nord lead 1 rack patch transfer

Hello I am trying to load new patches from my pc to my nord lead rack 1. I downloaded the patch from clavias Web site but can't understand the manual! I don't know how to set up the nord to recive them (I have midi plugged in and I am using it with ableton) can someone explain how to send them over to the nord please. I use a program called c6 for midi sysex
