I was jut going to post in the forum asking about this, because the option exists and it worked ok in my EX but using the same pedal, etc. it doesn't work in the Stage 2. I suppose (hope) it is a bug in the OS... So it is not a failure in my unit...uf!

Very happy with my new Nord Stage 2 (traded my EX-88) but annoyed with the Leslie-speed, both in slow and fast mode too fast and I dislike the option of a Morph function of the wheel. Please let us choose our own default speed for slow and fast (the speed on the EX88 was perfect).
Kind regards,
George
I totally aggree, +1

Really cool would be a spring-reverb emulation! Perhaps even combined with the Twin Reverb amp sim and not in the master section...

Indecisiveness leads to indecision.... Doesn't it??

+1 for spring reverb emulation (maybe only on the organ if is not possible otherwise)
and VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME: as a satisfied Electro3 user, i would like to have the possibility of having the wah effect directly set with the pedal and not to program with the morph function.. i mean not removing the morph assignment but just give the possibility of an automatic pedal wah as it works on the electro3... in live situations when i just want to add the wah to a clavinet for example i have to set the morph in real time and is very not comfortable..

dipa84,
you can setup the patch with programmed wah and morph, then switch off the effect button and save the patch. So, if you recall that patch, the wah isn't active but the morph is still programmed. If you switch on the effect while playing, the programmed morph is already there, you don't need it to setup in realtime.
This is a very great feature of the NS2, it saves all parameters, even if they are not in use currently.
Cheers,
Bernard

Re: NS2 Wish List: Something missing on the NS2?
Here's another vote for expanded pitch bend range. I don't like the wooden pitch bender... I'd much rather have the plain old wheel.

Re: NS2 Wish List: Something missing on the NS2?
Is there a way to preview a library program or sample on the CD without actually downloading it to the stage 2? The problem is that the program banks are full so I have to delete data to free up space to load the sound. It would be so much faster if there was a preview so I could hear whether it is something I'd like to load. Thanks!
