Ultimate KB stand vs Classic Cantabile KS-100

Hi all.

I'm in the market for a new KB stand. I was planning on getting an Ultimate AX48 stand, however I've just come across somebody selling a Classic Cantabile KS-100 stand for a fraction of the price. Here they both are:

They look almost identical, and seem to work in the same way, however, is the CC price too good to be true? Why even new are they half the price of the Ultimate stand? Does anybody have any experience with the Classic Cantabile? Are they sturdy etc?

Any help would be appreciated.
