My NORD STAGE 2 requests update and the procedure is performed successfully.
But every time when I shutdown the NORD it requests new update again.

Every time I turn on NORD have to requests upgrade again

technical support message:
The Support Technical reported that the problem is the internal battery

I tried to find the internal battery of NORD and not found.

Can anyone tell me something about the problem ?

There is no battery in the Nord Stage, see this thread:

It would be interesting to know who gave you this information. Everything in the Nord is apparently stored in Flash memory, so no battery is needed-

To paraphrase an old pop tune: "Yes, We Have No Batteries." Apparently there is a failure involving the flash memory on the mainboard of your instrument. The attentions of a competent tech will be needed to correct this. Your Brasilian distributor should be able to refer you to someone.
