Hey all, new to the forum here. I just got a Nord wave and am trying to figure out whether or not to get the GB49 or the GB61 case.

Per the dimensions of the Wave (34x10.8), the GB49 will be a better fit, according to the internal dimensions for the GB49 on sweetwater (34x13"): http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/NordGB49

I was just wondering if anyone here had a wave, with either one of the soft cases and can comment on the fit of the board.

Hi. I purchased the Nord GB61 and it fits perfect. There's a bit more space inside so you can add another protection (like a blanket). The Wave is not heavy so you can handle it on your back which is very convenient.
