I have a problem with the NP2, how to find a way to save memory space, and how to organize it
in the piano memory, I have replaced the unwanted piano with what I prefer and removed harps that I don't use.
The problem is in the sample memory section because with the factory preset the memory is already full, I need to load other synth sounds, so if I delete the sample memory for acquire more space I delete also the factory program preset because the sample has deleted.
The only way that I found is to remove the all factory preset program, and example create a bundle of the all Bank B , so in this way I replace the all sample library with new one already organized in a new Bank bundle,
So if in the banks bundle I change only the sample layer and the piano sounds are always the same the system will replace only the sample memory section with the new one in less time.
Please Do you have any suggestions ?
Thanks

Re: OPTIMIZE MEMORY SPACE in NordPiano 2
having real difficulty understanding what you are saying/asking...I see no reason to "remove the all factory preset program"
delete whatever samples you don't like / don't think you will use...you can selectively delete the programs which previously used those samples, but do not actually HAVE to do this...you can simply select go to those programs one by one, select alternative samples to use within those programs and STORE you edited programs
Bless, Pablo

Re: OPTIMIZE MEMORY SPACE in NordPiano 2
Sorry, I meant that the 128Mb of Nord Sample Library Memory is almost full with the sample of the factory preset, if I want to add another samples there isn't enough memory space to add new samples but only few, this is a bit frustrating....
it could been better if Nord using a bigger memory space.....

Okay, but understand that SAMPLES and PROGRAMS are two different things. Deleting programs will not provide more sample space for you, however. Just delete SAMPLES which you don't like or won't use and work from there.
