Request: Brent Mydland 1989-1990 electric keyboard tone
I have been trying to match this tone for a while, but no luck. The keyboard is very audible around the 45th second of the song. Any suggestions are apprieciated.

That's a tack piano — one where thumbtacks have been stuck on the hammer to give that hard sound.
Use the Honky-Tonk Upright piano from the Nord website — it uses nails instead of tacks and sounds pretty damn close just from the demos.
