I tried to make a vowel sound.
Seems quite difficult to me - herte is my first try.

Yes, it is difficult to do with just one filter. There is a whole field of "formant synthesis" to deal with that kind of sounds. Your sample sounds very good, though!

Very inspiring Thanx for posting your patch.
I took you patch, tried to use the FM instead of the wave, in order to add a shape (feedback) modulation.
Your patch is a better vowel !
