Re: dyno piano for electro 4?

Postby dgl289 » 26 Oct 2015, 15:48

I do have a Kord 03r/w which is basically a rack extended version of the Korg 01w and it does include the dynopiano original sound. I basically use this rack module exclusively for this sound so I would to be able to sample it and loaded in my Nord Electro 5D. If it has not been done before, could anyone explain me how to do it?

Best regards

PS: I also have the nki sample of the DynoPiano, in case it's easier to "migrate" it to a Nord compatible sample.

I can also attest to using the Bright Tines sample for the dyno rhodes. boost up the high mid range and some highs. I play in a grateful dead tribute band and have always tried to emulate that nice barky dyno rhodes sound Brent used in the late 70s early 80s. I could never get anything to sound what I can get now with the bright tines sample + some eq tinkering.
