NP2HP Max Output Level

Postby DChen721 » 19 Mar 2015, 18:32

Hey guys,

I've been using the NP2HP for a couple months now and want to supplement it with a reverb effects pedal for even more control/options over my reverb. To do this I need to know the max output level of the NP2HP (which isn't listed in the manual or on the site apparently) because otherwise it can overload certain pedals, and I just want a pedal that can handle the full spectrum of the NP2HP. I noticed on the screen that when I crank the piano or synth up all the way it says 0.0 dBu--is this actually the max output, or is it something else? Hoping someone knows, thanks!

Nord doesn't give specifications for output levels, but they're generally considered to be at -10 dBV.

Eventide, Strymon and Empress Effects pedals have no problems receiving line level signals, so you can check some of their pedals, but they are expensive.
