I am happy to release a document explaining the basics in MIDI.
This document is meant to help you get started using your Nord Stage together with other MIDI devices.
The document contains:
- Some basic information about MIDI in general
- A walkthrough the MIDI/Extern menues
- Examples of MIDI setups
I hope this tutorial will clarify many MIDI related questions on this forum.
If you spot any factual errors in the document, please contact me via PM or e-mail.

Wow!!! Even people who are already well acquainted with MIDI will save a lot of time when configuring their Nord Stage rig, thanks to this tuto :-)
