Hi,
I am currently trying to get a good patch for a funky version of "Also Sprach Zarathustra" (e.g. in Space Odyssey 2001), e.g. the version of Deodato:
or James Taylor Quartett
It should be something in between, very funky. Given that we only have one keyboarder (=me), I need to do the main theme (some Brass but would probably go for some dirty Hammond with some Lead with LFO on the cutoff), but I did not quite succed to get a sound which fits both nice soloing AND the >Theme, the guitarist keeps complaining about the sound being too litle percussive and the melody not clear enough.
So basically would like a good Rock Organ, so which drawbars might be good'' And to make it percussive, using the Percussive Switch, or a low-Attack Synth layered??
Anyone played this kind of stuff??
