I traded my Nord Stage classic for another keyboard, but I am considering buying a Wave now, as I miss the Nord sound.
Now, I used a couple of sounds in the Stage, which I liked a lot. Is there any way to import these sounds into the wave?
And are the piano samples in the wave (including the CP80 electric grand) the same as in the stage?

Re: Load Nord Stage Classic sample in Wave?
The Wave can't produce a convincing piano sound, at least not a dynamic one (different velocities). You could load samples of Stage sounds into the Wave and for some sounds that might work well, but certainly not for all sounds. I don't know organs well, but I imagine you could reproduce a specific organ setting fairly well on the Wave (by sampling it), but unlike the Stage you wouldn't have the option of tweaking drawbars, etc.
The Wave is an awesome synth, but combining it with an Electro or a Stage Classic/Ex certainly adds something. If you miss the sound of the Stage, I think the Wave might let you down somewhat as it has its own sound; an Electro is more like a dressed-down Stage. If sounds like the Nord Lead can produce interest you, the Wave might be a good choice since it can do almost anything the Leads can and adds a whole new sonic palette in the form of samples. The synth section on the Stage 2 is nice, but the Wave can do quite a bit more than the NS2 synth section.
