I also use the Yamaha FC-7 in conjunction with a simple FC-5 switch for Leslie on/off.
I don't know of any combined effect pedals, but I'm thinking about making a guitarist kind-of footboard for all the pedals. It really gets messy underneath the stage... Oh and it's impossible to use more than two pedals with an X-stand.

Re: Which swell pedal ?
I'm also using the Yamaha FC-7, it is rock solid, has a cable holder and is flat enough to fit into the Compact soft case.
You can adjust the pedal angle in two levels and also the "spring point", mentioned above from 10 to 0 degrees.

Re: Which swell pedal ?
Make sure the (on mine it was) grey pot on the side of the EV-5 is turned all the way down. Or up, I can never remember the direction it's relative to, but wherever it is, try the opposite position.

Which swell pedal ?

Can someone please tell me how to set the expression pedal setting in the settings menu for this Boss pedal? They have not included that as a pedal option in the menu.
Thanks!

Re: Which swell pedal ?
Boss is part of Roland. The Roland setting is the right one to use here.

Re: Which swell pedal ?
I've used the FC-7 and the Roland EV 5 with my Nord E373. The Yamaha pedal is far superior! Build quality is exceptional, function is totally dependable and it STAYS PUT!! For a leslie switch, I've Velcro'd a $15 Maudio pedal to the side. Not perfect, but it works pretty well once you get used to it.
