Hello guys, i just got a NS2 yesterday, i use Reaper DAW. I use a program that have a bass sound on slot A and a simple synth on slot B. I want to put these slots on two distinct tracks, with midi receive set to channel 1 for track 1 and channel 2 for track 2 on the daw. In the midi params, i put MIDI slot A to USB 1 and MIDI slot B to usb 2 so each track should receive proper sound. But i have only midi signal on track 1, either i choose to light Slot A or B.
Do i make something wrong ?
Thanks in advance
Slot A/B midi assignation

Re: SLot A/B midi assignation
According to page 53 of the manual, slot-specific MIDI can only be used to send data to the NS2.
I suppose you need to split the track yourself, in your sequencer.

Yo, where do you see that ? I have the contrary, the manual says : By default, Slot A and B are assigned to channels 1 and 2 and not have to change any setting... I will try with another daw, to see =)

Re: Slot A/B midi assignation
Haha ! I found it ! I use Extern activated and when i change Slots, thats reacts correctly in daw, but this config still seems weird because if i put MIDI Slot B channel to 3, it won't ract in daw although channel 3 is choosen in the track...
