Split Strings-Piano

Postby chris29 » 08 Mar 2012, 22:47

Where can I find a sound split in which the strings play the low range and high up the octaves?

Hey that's something u can do by yourself by splitting your keybed into two,
and turn on the synth section with a strings sample and assign it to the low
section only, and the piano to the whole keyboard :-)

Cheers

Hello chris29,
I believe that Freak out's may have been more related to the Stage series of instruments.
Is your instrument an Electro?

While many on this forum freely share the .nsmp files, fewer share the source .wav files.
There isn't a particular location that I can point to with a big selection of wav files.

Most members re-sample existing instruments to create the wavs.
How would you want the three zones distributed?

I'm kind of guessing an octave of low strings on the left, piano in the middle, and high strings on top?

Cheers, Hanon
