Recording Stage 3 in Auria Pro

Please excuse my lack of knowledge on this topic, but I’m having trouble recording my Stage 3 into Auria Pro. My midi interface is a TASCAM iXR which is connected to an IPad Pro 12.9. In Auria I am able to recording a midi channel but I am not able to simply record the audio from my Stage 3. The audio is hooked up from the Ch1 and Ch2 outputs on the Stage 3 to the audio inputs on the ixr so I believe that my problem is actually happening in Auria Pro. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Than you.

Does your DAW (Auria Pro) recognize your TASCAM iXR audio interface?
I think I have gear issues ....
