I have the Stage classic and the NE3. I would like to use the volume/expression controller from the stage to control both keyboards without triggering note on events in the NE3.
Is this possible ?

Hi,
I am not sure, but what COULD try is switching on one external section but by pressing SHIFT plus the ON/OFF Button of the External Section so that the section is active but not assigned to none of the keys of the Stage, it might still transmit EXP/Volume messages to the Electro. If this does not work it will be difficult I guess, or you need an externa MIDI box to filter your MIDI stream.
