Can an OSC or a SLOT be assign to an Output L or R ?

You can't. You might be able to fake something if you limit yourself to using samples on OSC2, where slot A would have silence on the right channel and slot B silence on the left channel (or vice versa, of course). You'd need to be careful with the effects, too. You can use the reverb in mono mode (don't enable stereo) and the chorus function might work a bit differently, since it seems to work mostly on the difference in the left and right channel (which is rather big in this case).
