Strange thing is that the longer it sits without being turned on, the longer it works.

It still freezes, but I may get 10 minutes of play time if it has sat for a while without being turned on.

Once it has frozen up, the next time I restart it it will freeze in a matter of 30 seconds after booting.

This sounds like it might be temperature related, which might indicate a faulty solder joint. But which one...

Update:

Contacted Pablo Mastadon again today. Pablo is an awesome dude, and looks like we are going to ship it to the central service center for the US.
Feeling like my baby is in good hands now!

I would seriously suggest you ditch your current repair tech. He has no right to return your instrument undiagnosed, unrepaired and then charge you full rate. If the extent of his work was to do some cleaning, it sounds like he has no idea what he's doing.

OMG...I am going through the same thing with my Studio Ex. Turned it on, all pretty lights and NOTHING after that, no software boot. I'm going to try and reinstall the OS and hope this works. So frustrating, since it was just before a gig...
