No sound coming out

HI guys,

My Nord Wave has no sound coming out of the output, or the headphone output.

IT turns on and all is working normally on the panel, i have updated it to OS 2.02 to see if that would help but still nothing coming out.

i have of course turned up the volume and tried other patches but to no avail,

I am playing a live gig tomorrow.. eeeekkkk so any ideas help would be amazing!

Have you made sure 'local control' (see MIDI Control Local on page 60 of the manual) is on? This is the only setting I can think of atm that could cause this.

You could tried making a backup of your sounds (using the Sound Manager) and then putting back the factory backup (which should include default settings for the MIDI menu, etc.) from the download section for the Wave: http://www.nordkeyboards.com/main.asp?t ... &osdwn=osw

Thanks for the response, hadn't thought of the local control, i may well have turned it off. i have done that in the past to stop the rotary dials interfering with Reaktor.

Just got to Warsaw for Sonic Fiction Festival but my keyboard hasn't arrived.. apparently its on the next flight tonight as it missed the connection ... eesh.. so will try it as soon as it turns up.
