Re: can anybody help me reach this sound?
to me it sounds like two square waves, the second slightly detuned. add to that two-note chord memory and a hi-pass filter. shortest attack, long sustain and no release in tne envelope. one lfo with slight, high frequent oscillation on both oscs.
will that do the trick?
EDIT: second wave can perhaps be an organ wave. posted one from the from my dw-8000 in another thread here.

Re: can anybody help me reach this sound?
I agree with the Synth sounding of the video which would go in the direction of BiscoMix's suggestion. In particular the fast LFO seems to be there.
However, if it was a VK-8 must have been an organ as the base.
So I tried the B3 mode, only the 4th harmonic drawbar full out, no percussion, leslie on at STOP position, and try playing around with Chorus C2 On or Off.
Then play a B4 note and it should sound almost as in the video.
sounds a bit like the intro of the Classic Hands of Time (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CedVxOZ6 ... re=related)
EDIT: Sorry, saw it was for the Wave, so would need to sample this drawbar settings, but should be easy!
