Hello all, looking for the sound of Rick Wright's solo on Shine on you crazy diamond (intro) on the moog.
Also while we're at it Manfred Mann's solo on California (outro) from the watch album
Hanon? anybody?
could not find it in Nord sample library

On the Nord's Library Patches, you can find some MM samples, and one of them (I don't remember the name, maybe the Trombone or the Trumpet) sounds quite good for Shine on you Crazy Diamond.

Thanks Yves, I've overlooked those patches as I didn't think trupet or trombone described the sound. They actually both come quite close.
