Ok, then that is settled. Since the velocity on/off switch is located right next to the slow attack button, I took for granted that they were both included in the Sample Preset Data, and I was wrong. Clavia should fix this, cause since you can save data within the .nsmp file for both velocity on/off and release times, I don't see the meaning of excluding the slow attack out of this data. It would give you a simple option. When sharing an .nsmp file, you now have to instruct the user to "remember to enable slow attack after you have loaded the .nsmp, otherwise the sound will not be reproduced as it was intended by the creator."
So the answer to the topic issue is finally "You can't".
