help for FX sound 'Inspector Norse' by Todd Terje

Can someone please help me with that typical FX Synth sound in the INTRO of the song 'Inspector Norse' by Todd Terje??

From witch kind of synth is that coming? Any possibilities to generate that sound VST or sampled wize?

You mean the whistley sound? sounds like a sine synth tone with the resonance turned way up and the cutoff frequency modulated by velocity. I'd have to be sitting in front of my Stage to get a better idea of how to do it. There may be some manual manipulation needed, maybe a wheel morph.
