The other user had an issue with a different model (the HA and the HP use different actions). You appear to be the only person who has this complaint about the HA action, and Goemonier seems to be the only person who has the complaint about the HP (although Goemonier only posted once about it, and you keep posting about it).

As someone said, maybe it is a matter of user expectations, rather than a design or manufacturing flaw, since you say you had the same issue with another one in the shop. Everyone should try a board before they buy to be sure it is right for them, or at least buy from someplace with a good return policy. It's good that you found another board that suits you better. Enjoy.

Dear all
I'll leave your portal now and enjoy playing my new RD2000.
I just felt a warning was in place .. I lost a lot of money on this Nord purchase :-(
The problem is when a white key is pressed down, and you then slide across the corner of the key next to it (upwards movement), e.g. in connection with 'wide' chords.
I have seen it on several Nord Stage 2 EX 88.
Anyway, feel free to continue moaning and lauging at me :-) .. this is obviosly not the right place to be an 'anti-Nord' :-)
Over and out .. and I promise to go somewhere else with my frustrations now ..
And thanks for those of you that actually gave me some advise on he matter :-)

Seriously, if you have such problem with your Nord, contact your dealer! Because my Nord Stage 2 HA88 doesn't have this problem. I've tried it myself a second ago.
Don't want you to leave but this forum cannot solve everything and for some issue's you've got to take a different step to get it solved (as said: contact a dealer).

Dear fellow forum members:

just did some cleanup to keep the forum in a readable form. In particular, merged the discussion initiated by fellow member Nord_Stage_DK , who has left since the forum in this topic. Note that double posting is not permitted on this forum (and most communities, btw!). So if one gets criticized by people telling one not to post on several, unrelated threads the same message, fair enough, please check the rules.
As for the original issue, nothing wrong with buying a Roland RD-2000, sorry if your decision had caused you some $, but that's the good thing these days with big music stores and 30 days return policies for online shopping one supposedly has the chance to find the instrument that fits one well.
Finally, just to be clear, nothing wrong with having your very own opinion on Nord keyboards or anything else for that matter, just please follow the forum_rules.php.
In any case, this topic will be locked, but remain here in case someone finds some interesting insight.
And a big thanks for everyone to collaborate to keep this forum readable and friendly!!

Best,
Johannes

The Fatar TP40 is a bit sharp on the end of the keys, I know one user in germany, who sent back a board with it because of that. On the other side there a literally tens of thousands of users, that have no problem including me, playing it for almost ten years now (Kurzweil PC3x and Forte).
