The only times I've seen this on NS2 has been when physical damage was done to USB port on Nord, presumably by someone stepping on cable or similar...

A autorizada na Suíça, onde comprei o Stage, não conseguiu resolver o problema e a loja me deu um outro, que funciona perfeitamente.
