The sustain pedal automatically controls the leslie speed on my Nord Stage 2EX. Its inserted in the sustain pedal jack, but for some reason It wants to work as a control pedal for alternating between "slow" and "fast". It also works perfect as a sustain pedal for the piano at the same time, but I can´t understand why it also wants to control the leslie speed. I´ve tried to clear the morph assignements, but ofcourse it doesn´t make any difference since they shouldn´t be affected by something connected to the sustain jack.
Thankful for help

Re: Sustain pedal wants to control leslie speed. PROBLEM
Hi,
go to the SYSTEM menu (SHIFT-1) on the 9th page. It'll show
Sustain Pedal
Func:Sust+RotHold
Change the value in the 2nd line to "Sustain" only.

And I was worried - all the way down to the ground

I use this feature constantly. LOVE it, one of the best features on the Nord.

Agreed. I was so happy when I hooked up my nord electro 2 ten years ago and discovered that the sustain pedal "just worked" as a Leslie switch.

Probably it is always OK on a monotimbral instrument like the Electro, maybe not always OK on the Nord Stage when you are using both Piano and Organ in the Program
